Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cup milk (you can use skim milk or almond milk)
1 teaspoon chocolate milk powder
few ice cubes

Serves 2
Cooking Time 10 mins

Procedure:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until uniform throughout.

After morning jog or workout, Drinking plenty of water is a bad idea and not eating altogether is even bad(worse). Hence this smoothie is an ideal substitute.

Mixed veg paranthas

Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
1 Onion
1 Cabbage
1 Ginger
1 Garlic
2-3 Carrots


Serves 4
Cooking Time 30 mins

Procedure:
1. Boil potatoes either in microwave or cooker.
2. Grate ginger, garlic and rest of the veggies.
3. In a pan put oil or ghee, put cumin seeds, when it splutters add onion,
4. When onions turn golden, add ginger garlic.
5. Add grated cabbage, carrots and rest of the veggies.
6. When this is cooked well, add boiled potatoes
7. Add spices like little turmeric,  cumin powder, garam masala or kitchen king, coriander (dhania) powder, chat masala optional
8. Add salt to taste.
9. Make balls of the material with dough and cook paranthas.


Serve these tasty paranthas with butter, curd or flavored yogurt.

These paranthas are great nutritional value for kids also.

Dark chocolate fondue

Ingredients
1/4 cup milk
3.5oz chocolate bar
1 apple
1 banana
2 oranges
15-20 grapes 
Any other fruit like strawberries,kiwis etc of your choice

Serves 2 
Cooking time 15-20 mins 

Procedure
1. Heat the milk for 2-3 minutes
2. Break the bar in pieces  
3. Put pieces of bar in hot milk and stir while heating until chocolate is melted and mixed in milk. 

Yummy chocolate fondue s ready to be served.

Chocolate fondue can be teamed with cookies, cakes and wafers also.
